1. Who we are and what these terms cover

cadevstack.com is run by Tharwa Consulting Private Limited, 17, 7th Main Road, Indiranagar II Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038, India ("CADevStack", "we", "us"). By using this website or requesting a review, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or send a request.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle the details you send us and forms part of these terms.

2. Who can use our services

Our services are for businesses, mainly Chartered Accountant firms and practising Chartered Accountants in India. To request a review, you must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the firm you name. You confirm that the details you send are accurate and your own.

3. The Digital Presence Review

What you get

• A written report (usually 12–20 pages) on your firm's website and online presence, with screenshots
• A Digital Credibility Score overall and for each area we check
• A "fix now, improve next, consider later" list of recommendations
• A call of about 45 minutes to walk your partners through it

Price and the launch offer

The review is normally ₹7,500, including GST. While we take on our first 10 client firms, it's free. The offer ends when our tenth firm signs up for a Managed Website; review requests we've accepted before then stay free.

If you sign up for a Managed Website within 30 days of receiving your report, the review's full ₹7,500 value is credited against the first year's fee. The credit can't be exchanged for cash.

How it works

• We confirm a few details with you, usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
• We aim to deliver the report 5–7 business days after that. This is our usual timing, not a guarantee.
• One review per firm. We may decline a request, for example if the firm isn't a CA firm or we're at capacity, and we'll tell you if we do.
• There's no obligation to buy anything after the review.

What the review is, and isn't

The review is our professional opinion of your website and online presence, based on information that's publicly available when we look. It is not legal advice, not a certificate that your website complies with ICAI's Code of Ethics or any law, and not approval or endorsement by ICAI. Your firm and its partners remain responsible for what your website says and for complying with ICAI's rules. We don't guarantee search rankings, enquiries, or clients from following our recommendations.

Confidentiality and your report

We treat your report and anything non-public you share with us as confidential. You may use the report within your firm and share it with your own advisers. We keep the rights in our report format and methods, so please don't publish the report or present it as an endorsement.

We'll never name your firm as a client, or publish anything about your review, without your written permission.

4. Website builds and management

Prices on this website, including GST, describe our standard services. They're not an offer you can accept on the website. Paid work starts only when you accept our written proposal, which sets out the scope, price, payment terms, and what happens if either of us ends the arrangement. If that proposal and these terms ever differ, the proposal applies.

5. Our guides and other content

Our guides, including the guide to ICAI's advertising rules, are general information written to help CA firms. We work to keep them accurate and cite the source for each rule, but rules and their interpretation change. They aren't legal advice; check anything specific to your firm with your own Chartered Accountant, a lawyer, or ICAI.

The text, design, and graphics on this website belong to CADevStack. You're welcome to quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Quotations from ICAI's Code of Ethics and other official documents belong to their publishers. Please don't copy whole pages or our design.

We link to other websites, such as ICAI's, for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

6. Using the website

Please don't:

• send requests using someone else's details, or false information
• send spam or automated submissions through our forms
• try to get around our security, rate limits, or spam protection, or interfere with how the site works
• use the site for anything unlawful

We may block requests or access from anyone who does.

We work to keep the website available and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove parts of it.

7. Our responsibility to you

We provide the website and the free review with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we don't give any other promises about them.

To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost clients, revenue, or opportunities, arising from your use of this website or the review. Our total responsibility for anything connected with this website or the review is limited to the amount you've paid us for it, or ₹7,500 (the review's standard value) if you've paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility or right that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

If you break these terms, for example by sending someone else's details, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur as a result.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we have a disagreement, we'll first try to resolve it by talking; email us and we'll respond within 10 business days. Any dispute that can't be resolved this way will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll change the date at the top of this page when we do. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms. A review request we've already accepted follows the terms that applied when you sent it.
